The Executive Committee consists of the current Board Chair, immediate past two chairs and the incoming chair. The committee meets on an as needed basis to further the business of the board.
The duties of the Investment Committee are to select an investment advisor, monitor results, and to recommend investment policies and procedures to the Foundation Board. The major investment policy relates to the investment style the advisor is to follow. The advisor reports regularly to the full Board.
The Fund Development Committee identifies and pursues appropriate revenue sources to meet financial goals.
The Fund Distribution Committee collaborates with the Rotary Club of Lynnwood leadership to facilitate positively impacting the local community in ways that are charitable, educational or scientific.
The purpose of the Audit Committee is to to deter any practice that could be concluded to be unsafe and unsound while insuring the protections and accuracy of the club’s and foundation’s assets, liabilities, and accounts.
The primary responsibilities of Public Relations are to maintain the website, issue press releases, manage the LRCF Blog and guide the overall branding for the Foundation.
